Cindy + Stephen | 10.10.10 Wedding

Fall is a beautiful time of year for weddings. I was fortunate to capture Cindy and Stephen’s special day. They are such a beautiful couple that has a great love story to tell. Their love for each other is undeniable. They wed in a very emotional and intimate ceremony amongst family and friends. Both share a story that reaches well across the globe (from U.S. to Korea). During the wedding, both shared tears of happiness and excited that this day finally happened. Each wedding I photograph presents something unique and different. The groom, groomsmen, and even the bride selected Air Jordan’s sneakers with a touch of pink to be their shoe of choice for the ceremony. The splash of pink was chosen to support Breast Cancer Awareness month. I had a great time photographing their wedding and congratulations to Cindy and Stephen on your new beginning.

Two More Days....

In two more days, Taverli and Jason will both commit their lives toward each other in front of a few hundred friends and family. The best part of it all is that we will be there to document their nuptials. Taverli and Jason...I know you all are excited! Can't wait to see you all.

Stacey + Shawn | October 9 Wedding

You know, it’s common to meet a couple who are naturally shy in front of the camera. The entire day I sat back an examined their chemistry. Stacey has a strong personality and Shawn has more of quiet somber traits. I could see how meaningful it was to the family that this day was finally taking place. Needless to say that I had a ball photographing their union; they made me feel like part of the family.

Above and below are some of my favorite images.

Their first time meeting.
This just warmed my heart.

Krista's Senior Photo Session

This was a senior photo session that had a double impact. The first session it rained on us and had to reschedule a second session. This time it was perfect! Unlike weddings, I don't think seniors would want to take their pictures outdoors in the rain. Although I personally think it might be kind of cool. Krista, is looking forward to graduating in 2011 from high school and pursuing her dreams. During the session she often spoke about being a model - personally, I think she could make it - she has the height and look. Below are some of my favorites.

Wedding Testimonies

As the wedding season draws to a close for us this year - four in the month of October - we have been receiving rave comments from the brides we have photographed. Not only have these been special moments for us but they allowed us to become household friends. You have no idea how much this makes us feel.

Below are some of the latest comments that we have received.

I have to say that out of my entire wedding planning and day of the big event that Sam, my photographer was the best. He takes wonderful photos, has great ideas, and the best personality. I am camera shy but he brought out the best in me. He makes you feel so comfortable, can make you smile, and laugh. I have a great engagement and wedding album to show. Not only do I have the albums, I have proof books, and the dvd with the release! I don't think any bride could ask for more than that. Best photographer in town...Priceless!
