What's better than free? Absolutely FREE portrait sessions. This is a special offer that I wanted to offer my customers who are interested in professional portraits. Sickel Family Holiday Photos
A few years ago, I photographed Jeremy and Lisa's wedding here in Kansas City and it's always a pleasure to photograph the growth of their family. Harper and Max are the cuties and they wouldn't be kids if they wasn't energetic. So much fun. Sometime you just have to let kids be kids and be ready for anything. Sneak Peak: Willeke New Addition | Baby Photos by Royal Photography
Kansas City should meet Jackson, the newest addition to the Willeke family. This is just a sneak peak at what is to come from his in-home photo session this past Saturday morning. I will say this, it's very RARE that I get an opportunity to photograph babies while they are sleep - most of the time, they are wide awake. Trying to capture those glorious sleeping baby photos doesn't happen. Jackson changed that expectation for me as he wanted to sleep pretty much the entire time. Don't fret, I did get a chance to capture his eyes when he was awake. More to come... ◦

Holiday family photos are the best! I love photographing babies that have the most intriguing eyes. 18th month old Joanna is one of them who I photographed this past Saturday in the studio with her grandmother. I photographed her mother and father - Will and Carolyn in August of 2011 and had a BLAST! The entire wedding party were the best. I hope that you will fall in love with their family photos.

I know I am jumping the gun but I just HAD to post these adorable photos of lil Henry with his mother and father. Trey and Anne were past clients of mine - actually I photographed their wedding a couple of years ago here in Kansas City. After reviewing some of the pictures from their outdoor session, I just wanted to squeeze and hug all over Henry; he is so darn cute and adorable. Teasers | Johnson Maternity Session by Royal Photography
Pregnancy sessions are dear to me just as much as weddings - maybe more so because I have the pleasure of documenting new beginnings in my past clients lives. Nicholas and Ashley wed last year and many of you commented on their wedding and engagement images. Well, prepare yourself for their second child; their first born was apart of the session too.
