I had the pleasure of photographing Alpha Phi Alpha Beta Lambda Educational Institute's first annual A Debonair Affair. This program introduced and awarded young boys from the greater Kansas City area on scholastics and community involvement. During the formal event, these young boys accompanied with their parents - dressed in full black tie attire. The young boys performed a couple of dance routines, formal dances along with special tributes to their parents.
The event was held at the Holiday Inn CoCo Keys early December. Above and below are a few images from the event.
