DeWayne Woods CD Release Concert

Every living soul has a testimony(s) in their life that should be shared. DeWayne Woods, gospel singer and a native of Kansas City, MO held his sophomore CD release concert Tuesday night at Concord Fortress of Hope. His new CD is called "My Life's Lyric". Listening to the words of his music during the concert, made me go out and purchase his CD. After the concert, DeWayne autographed CD's to all the attendees.

Tiana + Yusef | June 13 Wedding

You learn a lot about a couple during a wedding reception. So much that according to Tiana's matron of honor, Tiana was love struck from the moment she saw Yusef. To make a long story short, after a long courtship, they had their dream wedding in the midst of a small group of family and friends. Both are quiet nature in spirit but seemed to glow immensely after they said "I Do".

I love weddings, I love weddings. Seeing two people very much in love with each other and witnessing both sides of the families share equal amounts of affection to the bride and groom is rare. Thus, Lindsey and Jordan have been showered with vast amounts of love from the first time we met. Not to mention both of them have very contagious smiles. Saturday, June 12 at Longview Mansion, God was gracious to hold back the rain and allow the outdoor wedding to proceed. This is one wedding that made me want to get married all over again. Everything was perfect. The bridal party was gorgeous, the wedding was beautiful, the DJ/music was awesome and the food was great. Although the ground was a little damp, that didn’t stop Lindsey and Brad from letting their hair down and opening themselves up for just about anything.

Thank you Brad; Lindsey; Jordan; Mr. & Mrs. Meyers; Mr. & Mrs. Copper; and Jenny for everything – you all were awesome.
